Capitallytics ("we", "us", "our") operates www.capitallytics.com, a finance intelligence platform that provides live market data, portfolio tools, calculators, market briefs, and an AI-powered CFO assistant. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All content on Capitallytics — including market prices, AI responses, portfolio analytics, calculators, and market briefs — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a qualified professional before making financial choices.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

4. Services we provide

Capitallytics may include, without limitation:

• Live and delayed market data (stocks, indices, crypto, forex, commodities)
• Portfolio tracking, import, sharing, and analytics
• Watchlists and saved calculators
• AI CFO chat (free and premium tiers)
• Finance calculators (SIP, EMI, compound interest, and related tools)
• Market briefs and educational content

Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable without notice.

5. Premium subscriptions & payments

CFO Pro and other premium features are billed through Razorpay. Current pricing is displayed on the Premium page (from ₹299/month or as shown at checkout). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the displayed amount for the selected billing period.
• Provide valid payment information through Razorpay's secure checkout.
• Our refund policy as stated on the Premium page at time of purchase.

Subscription access is tied to your account. Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may result in immediate suspension of premium access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell our data or content without permission.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or paywalls.
• Use the platform for unlawful activity or to harm other users.
• Misrepresent Capitallytics outputs as guaranteed financial advice.
• Upload malicious files or content through portfolio import or chat.

7. Intellectual property

The Capitallytics name, logo, design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without written consent.

8. Privacy & data

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Capitallytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate prices, or error-free AI responses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses based on information displayed here.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email where appropriate.
