Capitallytics ("we", "us") operates www.capitallytics.com, including Portfolio Tracking, the Financial Dashboard (net worth, goals, budget), live market data, calculators, and the AI CFO assistant. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you sign up, we store your email and authentication credentials through our identity provider (Supabase). Google sign-in shares your name and email as permitted by Google. We use session cookies to keep you signed in.
Holdings you add or import in Portfolio Tracking are stored in our secure database linked to your account. This data is private unless you explicitly create and share a public portfolio link.
Net worth, assets, liabilities, goals, and budget entries entered in the Financial Dashboard are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) on your device by default. This data is not uploaded to our servers unless a future sync feature is explicitly enabled and disclosed. Clearing browser data may remove this information.
Messages sent to the AI CFO may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. Logged-in users may have chat history stored to improve continuity. Do not share passwords, full account numbers, or other sensitive credentials in chat.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We receive payment confirmation and subscription status — not your full card details.
We use privacy-conscious analytics (e.g. Google Analytics / Tag Manager when enabled) to understand site usage and improve the product. You may use browser extensions or settings to limit tracking.
